Sour Cashew Cream

Ingredients:

- ½ cup warm water (adjust for desired consistency)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Blend the cashews in a blender until they turn into a fine powder.
- Add warm water, lemon juice, and salt to the blender with the cashew powder.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, adjusting with more warm water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust the salt or lemon juice to your liking.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
