Sour Cashew Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup warm water (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  • Blend the cashews in a blender until they turn into a fine powder.
  • Add warm water, lemon juice, and salt to the blender with the cashew powder.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, adjusting with more warm water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust the salt or lemon juice to your liking.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
